Bryan Grimaldi

Bryan Grimaldi is an experienced professional in the fields of corporate affairs, legal representation, and tourism marketing, currently serving as Vice President Corporate Affairs for National Grid since March 2021, where the focus is on delivering sustainable energy to over 16 million customers in New York and Massachusetts. Prior to this role, Bryan held the position of Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, providing legal guidance to corporate clients and public-private partnerships. With significant experience as Special Advisor and Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at NYC & Company, Bryan contributed to the city's tourism marketing efforts, while previous roles included General Counsel positions at the New York City Marketing Development Corp. and the City of New York, facilitating international relations. Bryan holds a JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a BA in Economics from New York University.
