Jonathan Maughan

Jonathan Maughan is a seasoned professional in procurement and market development, currently serving as the Head of Direct Materials Procurement and US Director of Market and Supplier Development at National Grid since April 2022. With a focus on procuring high-value power transformers and related equipment, Maughan oversees a multi-billion-pound budget while also developing new supply chain strategies. Previously, Maughan held various management roles within National Grid where responsibilities included significant M&A activities, commercial strategy development, and managing large-scale projects like high-voltage interconnectors between the UK and Europe.
