Marc Lucas

Marc Lucas, Esq., JD/MBA, has extensive experience in permitting, stakeholder management, community relations, and legislative affairs. Currently serving as the Director of Permitting and Stakeholder Management at National Grid since May 2018, Marc also operates as Principal at Marc Lucas, Esq. since 2003. Previous roles include Community and Government Relations at Eversource Energy, Legislative Aide at the Massachusetts General Court, Director of Communications and Public Relations for the City of Brockton, and Legislative Liaison at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office. Education includes an Honors BA in Government from Harvard University, a Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, an MBA from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, and completion of high school as Valedictorian at Catholic Memorial.
