Michael Thompson

Michael Thompson is an experienced professional in change management and service delivery, currently serving as Chapter Manager for Global Release and Deployment at National Grid since August 2017. Prior roles at National Grid include Manager of US Service Delivery and Head of US Change Management. Before joining National Grid, Michael was a Senior Change Management Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and held various positions at John Hancock Life Insurance Company including Sr. Operations Manager for Incident, Problem, and Change, as well as US Help Desk Manager. Michael's career also includes roles at Manulife Financial and IBM Global Services, and an early tenure as an Infantry soldier in the US Army's 10th Mountain Division.
