Puneet Singh

Puneet Singh currently serves as the Head of Executive Pay, Share Plans, and Mobility at National Grid since August 2020, overseeing the design and governance of the executive reward program for over 250 executives, as well as managing various employee share schemes for approximately 30,000 employees. Prior to this, Puneet held roles at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Manager in Executive Pay, providing consultancy on remuneration strategy and corporate governance, and at Ernst & Young as a project manager focused on HR-related consultancy. Puneet’s career began in derivatives trading at Futures First Info. Services and includes a summer internship at Reckitt Benckiser focusing on wage benchmarking. Educational credentials include a PGD in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
