Rachel Dugan is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with a strong background in data analysis, program coordination, and policy research. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Distributed Energy Services at National Grid since June 2018, Rachel previously worked as a Program Analyst focusing on Clean Energy Markets at CLEAResult and held positions at Conservation Services Group as a Policy Fellow and Program Coordinator. Early career experiences include internships with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy, where Rachel contributed to initiatives on energy efficiency and pollution prevention. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst's Isenberg School of Management.
