Rebecca Downing

Rebecca Downing possesses extensive experience in consents and wayleave management within the electricity distribution sector, currently serving as the Consents Manager for Electricity Distribution Property at National Grid since June 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca held various positions at Western Power Distribution from April 2010 to October 2022, including Consents Manager, Wayleave Manager for the West Midlands, and Consents and Wayleaves Specialist. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Wayleave Surveyor at E.ON Central Networks from March 2004 to April 2011. Rebecca is an alumnus of the University of Bath.
