Sean Ross Collins-Sweeney

Sean Ross Collins-Sweeney is an experienced communications and public affairs professional with a strong background in government relations and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Colleague Communications & Engagement Lead at National Grid Ventures since February 2023, Sean has previously held significant roles including Director of Communications for New York State Senator Anna M. Kaplan from January 2019 to January 2023, where a strategic communications plan was developed to enhance the Senator's legislative voice. Additional experience includes serving as Public Affairs Coordinator for the LGBT Network, Chief of Staff for Assemblymember Philip Ramos, and managing operations at Appraiser Help, Inc., showcasing expertise in public communication, media relations, branding, and event coordination. Sean holds a BBA in Finance and Investments from Baruch College and has contributed to various community initiatives throughout a diverse career.
