David Evener

David Evener, CAE, currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at the National Ground Water Association, a position held since September 2010. In this role, David oversees various departments, including business operations, IT, facility maintenance, and customer fulfillment, while focusing on strategic vision and fiscal performance. Previously, David held multiple positions within the same organization, contributing significantly to the introduction of new technologies during the tenure as Director of Marketing and Technology from 1997 to 2010. David's earlier experience includes serving as a Civil Affairs Specialist in the United States Army Reserve and working as a Computer Support Specialist at Lockheed Martin. Educational background includes an M.B.A. and a Master’s in Management Information Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Chapman University.
