James C Boll

James C is currently serving as the VP and Deputy General Counsel at National Guardian Life Insurance Company. Prior to this, James was a Partner at St. Marie Boll, LLC, Attorneys at Law, where their responsibilities included providing legal and regulatory advice to clients, representing clients in rehabilitations and liquidations, and advising state regulators on reorganizations and guaranty associations.

Before joining St. Marie Boll, LLC, James worked as the Chief Legal Counsel at the Office of Commissioner of Insurance for the State of Wisconsin. James C also held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Madison Gas and Electric, where they supervised and managed various departments and was involved in key legal areas such as regulatory, litigation, insurance, employment, labor, environmental, transactional, real estate, and collections.

In addition, James served as the State Bar President at the State Bar of Wisconsin, where they managed the organization's budget and oversaw staff and relations with the membership. James C also represented the State Bar in arguing rule changes before the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Earlier in their career, James worked as an Attorney at Peterson, Johnson & Murray, S.C. and as a Claims Attorney at American Family Insurance.
