Maria Lubick

Maria Lubick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in corporate communications and donor stewardship. Maria started their career as a Public Affairs Intern at Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin in 2005. Maria then worked as an Account Assistant at Jasculca/Terman and Associates, Inc. from 2006 to 2007, where they supported public affairs and public relations for various clients. Maria then joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee as a Campaign Manager from 2008 to 2011, where they successfully increased donor retention rates. Maria further honed their communications skills as a Donor Stewardship Communications Coordinator at Aurora Health Care from 2011 to 2016, managing a comprehensive stewardship communications program. Currently, Maria serves as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Communications at National Guardian Life Insurance Company since February 2022, after previously holding roles as Corporate Communications Manager and Corporate Communications Specialist at the same company.

Maria Lubick received a BA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Their major was Speech with an emphasis in Public Relations, and they also pursued a minor in Marketing. In addition, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
