Nicholas Tischio

Nicholas Tischio is an experienced professional currently serving as Manager of Corporate Training and Organizational Development at National Gypsum Company since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of 9-15 hourly associates and managing production schedules within a high-speed wallboard plant. Prior to this role, Nicholas served in various capacities in the US Army from June 2015 to July 2021, including Battalion Fire Support Officer, where assistance was provided to the Infantry Battalion Commander regarding operational assets, and Assistant Operations Officer, responsible for training event organization. Military experience also includes roles such as Fire Direction Officer and Company Fire Support Officer. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Penn State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Human Resources at Liberty University, expected to be completed in August 2025.
