Tommy Sheridan

Tommy Sheridan is an experienced public policy professional with a strong background in governmental affairs, currently serving as Deputy Director at the National Head Start Association since June 2009. Throughout tenure at the organization, Tommy has held various roles including Senior Director and Director of Government Affairs, where responsibilities included cultivating relationships with congressional offices and supporting advocacy goals. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Minnesota Senate and as a Committee Page, along with involvement in a campaign as Get Out The Vote Assistant Director for the 5th Congressional District. Education includes a Master's of Public Administration from The George Washington University focused on Social Policy Leadership, as well as an Honors BA in Political Science and International Studies from Saint Louis University.
