Miriam Delaney Heard

Miriam Delaney Heard is currently serving as a Senior Attorney at the National Health Law Program. Prior to this, Miriam Delaney worked at Legal Aid of North Carolina as a Supervising Attorney and Staff Attorney, handling a variety of public benefits cases. Miriam holds a Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Salem College.
