Suzanne Wakefield

Suzanne Wakefield has extensive experience in health information management, currently serving as the East TN/VA Health Information Regional at National HealthCare Corporation since May 2014. Prior to this role, Suzanne was the Director of Health Information/Quality Assurance at The Health Center at Standifer Place/National Health Care from June 1999 to May 2014, and served as the Director of Health Information/Quality Assurance at National HealthCare Daytona Beach from March 1996 to June 1999. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from Western Governors University, as well as two associate degrees from Daytona State College: an Associate of Arts in Health Information/Medical Records Technology and an Associate of Science in Health Information/Business.
