Melody Thuss has extensive work experience in various industries. Melody began their career in 1998 as the Director of Sales at the Lake of the Ozarks Convention & Visitors Bureau, where they successfully generated new revenue and reported sales results. From 2004 to 2011, they owned and directed their own business in the skin care/cosmetic industry, leading a team of independent contractors and achieving high retail sales.

In 2011, Melody transitioned to the medical industry as a Territory Manager at Heska Corporation, responsible for increasing market share in the veterinary industry. Melody excelled in demonstrating medical capital equipment and building relationships with doctors and nurses.

From 2013 to 2015, Melody worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Century Resources, Inc, focusing on fundraising for schools, clubs, and youth groups. Melody'sspecialization included working with school bands, choirs, cheerleading squads, and youth sports clubs.

Since 2015, Melody has been associated with the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Initially, they served as a Certification Specialist, responsible for certifying allied health professionals. Later, they took on the role of Regional Partnerships Manager, where they developed and managed partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Educator & Employer Partnerships, focusing on fostering collaborations between educators and employers in the healthcare sector.

Melody Thuss attended College of the Ozarks from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Public Speaking. In 2020, they also acquired a certification in Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations from LinkedIn.
