Bridget Morren

Talent Acquisition Team Lead at National Heritage Academies

Bridget Morren began their work experience in 2014 as an Assistant Teacher at Lighthouse Early Learning Academy, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined National Heritage Academies as a Recruiting Associate, providing support to Talent Acquisition Consultants and conducting pre-screen evaluations. Bridget then progressed to the role of Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they sourced and attracted talent to 30 schools in East MI, conducted phone interviews, and planned events to find candidates for hard-to-fill positions. Currently, Bridget works as a Talent Acquisition Team Lead at National Heritage Academies, utilizing their expertise in recruitment practices for education.

Bridget Morren attended Grand Valley State University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
