Chad Fridsma

Chad Fridsma has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of People Services Sr. Business Partners at National Heritage Academies since July 2001. Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Human Resource Director at Laurel Health Care Company from 1998 to 2001 and served as Human Resource Manager at Spectrum Health between 1996 and 1998. Chad's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Group Social Sciences from Calvin University.
