Jim Hines

Jim Hines has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology Operations. Jim began their career at HP in 1983 as a Service Support Supervisor. After that, they worked at Sara Lee Foods as a Technical Support Analyst, Computer Operations Manager, and Network & Communications Manager, where they managed various IT systems and networks. Currently, they are employed at National Heritage Academies, where they have held positions such as Network Administrator, Team Leader in Network Services, I/T Operations Manager, and Senior I/T Operations Manager. In their role at National Heritage Academies, Jim has been responsible for overseeing the organization's network systems and infrastructure, including server hardware, data storage, LAN, WAN, wireless, VoIP, and internet access, among other responsibilities. Jim has also been involved in technology research, procurement, deployment, configuration of new systems, budgeting, and leadership.

Jim Hines earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Davenport University in 1982. Jim later went on to complete a Master of Management in The Art and Science of Leadership at Aquinas College - Grand Rapids from 1990 to 1993.
