Kristin Bublitz

Kristin Bublitz has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People Services Sr. Business Partner at National Heritage Academies since August 2009, where previous roles include Registrar, Accountability & At-Risk Coordinator, and Exceptional Children's Paraprofessional. Prior to this, Kristin held various positions at Goodrich Corporation (formerly Coltec Industries) between November 1996 and August 2000, culminating in the role of Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included managing the HR function during a corporate merger and overseeing a $32 million manufacturing business. Additional roles at Goodrich included Director of Compensation and Headquarters Personnel and Director of Human Resources for the Spray Technologies Division. Kristin's career began at Cooper Industries, where responsibilities as Employee Relations Supervisor involved managing HR functions for a large manufacturing facility. Educational credentials include a BA in Psychology and an MS in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
