Maggie Lee

Maggie Lee is an experienced educator with a strong background in social studies and teaching across various grade levels. Currently serving as a 6th grade social studies teacher at National Heritage Academies since January 2020, Maggie has also held positions at Cesar Chavez Academy High School and Detroit Delta Prep for Social Justice. Prior experience includes teaching roles at Voyageur College Preparatory and Masa Israel Journey, along with a significant tenure as a substitute teacher where lesson plans were implemented and adapted for diverse classroom settings. Maggie's educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Social Studies Education from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Jewish Studies from Michigan State University.
