Vicki Schafer

Vicki Schafer has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at National Heritage Academies since August 2009, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment and hiring processes for school leaders and Service Center employees. Previously, Vicki held the position of Executive Recruiter at National Heritage Academies, focusing on building relationships with senior hiring managers to address recruitment needs across more than 75 schools. Prior to this, Vicki worked as a Senior Associate at WilliamCharles Executive Search, specializing in human resources, executive support, and supply chain recruitment. Vicki began a career at Robert Half International, progressing from Staffing Manager to Division Director within the OfficeTeam division, where responsibilities encompassed managing recruiting operations and overseeing a team of recruiters.
