Kelly Satterfield

Kelly Satterfield is a skilled Research Psychologist currently employed at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly served as a Research Scientist at the Transportation Research Center Inc. from March 2019 to April 2023, focusing on human factors research. Kelly has extensive experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Air Force Research Laboratory, investigating human-machine teaming, and has contributed to various projects during a doctoral tenure at George Mason University from 2011 to 2016. Kelly holds a PhD and a Master's in Human Factors Psychology from George Mason University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton.
