Rita Hill is an experienced Program Analyst and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator at the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), where expertise in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) is applied to enhance community engagement across 10 regional offices. Additionally, Rita serves as Group Lead at the Colorado Black Health Collaborative, facilitating discussions about race and civic engagement. Prior roles include Public Health Educator with the Peace Corps, Project Associate at Net Impact, and Project Manager at the Colorado "I Have A Dream" Foundation. Rita holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Denver and has a Certificate in Transportation Equity Fundamentals from the University of Florida.
