Abdulhamid S. Al Hammad is the Chief Program Officer at the National Housing Company (NHC) since January 2017, where additional roles include Chief of the unregistered lands committee and Deputy Director General, COO of Idle Land. Abdulhamid also serves as a board member for the Saudi Real Estate Association and both Tharwat for Financial Securities and Alinma Investment's Private Real Estate Funds since November 2022. As a founder of guideconsult.com since January 2015, Abdulhamid is actively involved in various capacities, including Deputy Chief of the lands evaluation committee for the Ministry of Housing in Saudi Arabia and a member of the Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Prior experience includes leadership positions at King Saud Medical City and CCUBE for Architecture & Engineering Consultation. Abdulhamid holds an MBA from Alfaisal University and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture & Construction Science from King Saud University.
