Abdullah F. Almuaigel

Abdullah F. AlMuaigel serves as the Chief Land Development Officer at the National Housing Company (NHC) since July 2019, where responsibilities include driving national-scale development projects exceeding 12 billion SAR, focusing on infrastructure and strategic partnerships. Abdullah has held various leadership roles, including temporarily overseeing the land development sector and serving on multiple committees related to real estate and project management. Experience includes significant roles at Saudi Aramco, where Abdullah managed critical infrastructure projects and served as an engineering supervisor, complemented by a solid educational background in Electrical and Power Engineering and various leadership development programs. Abdullah is currently a committee member for Riyadh Mega Housing Projects, representing NHC in the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
