Newtoneisha Frater is an experienced professional with a background in project management and educational administration. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Project Control Officer at The National Housing Trust in Jamaica since March 2016, Newtoneisha has effectively contributed to the organization's projects. Prior experience includes a role as an Educational Administrator at the International University of the Caribbean from 2003 to 2015. Newtoneisha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and completed education at St. Andrew High School For Girls.
