Emmanuel Masangya

Emmanuel Masangya is an experienced Information Communication Technology Specialist currently at the National Identification and Registration Authority since February 2018, having previously held roles as an ICT Specialist and Information Technology Specialist at the National Identification Authority from January 2018 to February 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a System and Database Administrator at Vietnam Telecom National Company from January 2017 to January 2018 and as an ICT Basic Technician at the Dar Es Salaam Institute of Technology from January 2005 to October 2010. Emmanuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. Joseph University in Tanzania (2011-2015), an Information Technology Certificate in Management from Mzumbe University (2009-2010), and a Technician Certificate in Information Technology from the Dar Es Salaam Institute of Technology (2004-2005).
