Prosperous Twinomugisha

Prosperous Twinomugisha is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Administrative Officer at the National Identification and Registration Authority since March 2020. Prior to this role, Prosperous worked as a Security Officer at the National Water & Sewerage Corporation from October 2014 to February 2020. Prosperous holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, obtained in 2011, a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from Mbarara University of Science and Technology, earned in 2009, and a Diploma in Law from the Law Development Center, completed in 2006.
