Engr. Onyenaturuchi Steve Ikonne

ENGR. ONYENATURUCHI STEVE IKONNE has over two decades of experience in the field of data center management and electrical engineering. Currently, as the Head Data Center Power Systems Unit at the National Identity Management Commission since June 2011, responsibilities include infrastructure maintenance and clean power provision. Prior experience includes work at SAFRAN (previously SAGEM-SA OF FRANCE) from January 2003 to December 2009, focused on planning, installation, and maintenance of generators and electrical systems. Additionally, tenure at NITEL from May 2001 to December 2003 involved planning and installation of telecommunication facilities. ENGR. IKONNE holds a Level 5 BTEC Professional Award in Data Centre Management from Academia Group and a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology and Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana Afikpo, alongside a Master's degree in the same fields from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomosho. Early education includes a Senior School Certificate from Sancta Maria High School.
