Gail Heath

Gail Heath currently serves as the Director of Employee Relations at the National Immigration Law Center since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Employee & Labor Relations Manager at the DC Department of Health, Attorney Advisor at the DC Office of Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining, and Employee and Labor Relations Advisor at the DC Department of Public Works. Additionally, Gail has worked as a Labor Relations Specialist at Coastal International Security, Contract Attorney at Johns Hopkins University, Representative at UFCW Local 400, and Special Assistant To The President at UFCW Local 1994 MCGEO. Gail Heath holds a law degree from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
