Jenny Palmer

Jenny Palmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic policy, capability development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Assistant Director for the Remote Jobs and Economic Development Program at the National Indigenous Australians Agency, Jenny has successfully led program development, team planning, and internal communications related to significant initiatives, including a referendum on constitutional recognition. With previous roles in various organizations, including the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and The Australian National University, Jenny has demonstrated expertise in leadership training, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Jenny holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a BA in Psychology/Sociology from the University of Sydney.
