Sylwia Zara

Sylwia Zara is an experienced training specialist with a strong background in e-learning development and instructional design. Currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist at the National Information Processing Institute since February 2019, Sylwia focuses on training university staff on various academic systems and creating instructional materials. Prior to this role, Sylwia worked at the Centralny Ośrodek Informatyki, where responsibilities included training government employees and managing the Moodle e-learning platform. Experience also includes creating interactive training content while working at the Instytut Nauk Społeczno-Ekonomicznych Sp z o.o. and conducting internal training sessions at mBank S.A. Sylwia holds a postgraduate degree in Databases and Their Applications from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology and a master's degree in Education from the University of Lodz.
