The User Experience Team at NISC focuses on enhancing the usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction of NISC’s software products. Comprised of Senior User Experience Analysts and a Senior User Experience Researcher, this team conducts user research, designs intuitive interfaces, and collaborates closely with other departments to ensure seamless and engaging experiences for utility and telecom providers.
