Josh Joshua is currently working at National Information Technology Authority-Uganda as a System Administrator and Ag. Supplier Relations Supervisor. Josh has experience in service desk activities, technical support coordination, physical assessments of fiber infrastructure, and providing technical support around the office when necessary. Josh also completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Makerere University. Prior to their current role, Josh interned at the Centre of Innovation and Practical Skills Development at Makerere University.

Under the general supervision of the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance, NITA-U focuses on enabling Government-wide efficiency and transforming citizens’ lives through e-Services delivery.
