Holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and additional certifications in database administration, Twesige's expertise lies in areas such as Database Design & Implementation, Networking, and Systems Programming. With a strong educational background and a diverse work history, Twesige brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the field of Information Technology.

Under the general supervision of the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance, NITA-U focuses on enabling Government-wide efficiency and transforming citizens’ lives through e-Services delivery.
