Hao Li is an Associate Researcher at the National Innovation Center for Advanced Medical Devices and Research Scientist III at Fluxus Inc. Previously a Guest Researcher at Argonne National Laboratory for nano/micro fabrication, Hao Li has also served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Northwestern University. Hao Li holds a PhD in Optics/Optical Sciences from Fudan University.

The National Innovation Center for Advanced Medical Devices, established in 2020, is the first innovation center of science and technology and industry in the biomedical and medical device fields in China. The innovation center adopts dynamic resource coordination, product operation and talent selection mechanism, effectively integrating innovative resources such as leading enterprises in the medical device industry, scientific research institutes, and industry associations.
