Wataru Nishigata is a Senior Systems Engineer at Keysight Technologies with extensive experience in the field. Prior to this role, Wataru worked as a Guest Researcher at NICT and as a Systems Engineer at Ixia. Wataru also has experience as a Technical Engineering Manager at D-Link and as a Technical Support Engineering Assistant Manager at Allied Telesis.
