Monica Enculescu is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in the field of functional nanostructures, currently serving as a Senior Researcher at INCDFM since 1996. Prior to this role, Monica completed a postdoctoral fellowship at GSI from 2002 to 2003, focusing on defects in heavy ions irradiated materials. Monica holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Optics and Spectroscopy and has also earned a Master of Science in Semiconductor Physics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Polymer Physics, all from the University of Bucharest.
