Charlotte Hobson

Charlotte Hobson has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to present. Most recently, they served as the Head of Executive Office at the National Institute of Teaching. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Transformation at Star Academies. Charlotte also held roles such as Projects Lead at The Commitment, Head of Recruitment and Head of Operations at Now Teach, Head of Sales and Marketing at Step Forward in The Challenge, and Senior Market Researcher at Databuild Consulting. In addition, they have experience as an English Teacher at International House Lisbon.

Charlotte Hobson earned their Bachelor's degree in English Literature from The University of Sheffield from 2004 to 2007. Charlotte also completed a Master's degree module in Sustainable Design for Social Innovation at Kingston University in 2016. In addition, Charlotte obtained certifications in Marketing Strategy in Practice from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in December 2015 and a Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) from Cambridge Assessment in July 2008.
