Laura Pilling

Laura Pilling is an experienced educator and facilitator currently working with the National Institute of Teaching and Teach First, both since March 2023, in the role of Facilitator. Additionally, Laura serves as a Trainer, Coach, and Consultant with Centaur Training Services North West Ltd. since January 2023. Prior to these positions, Laura was an Assistant Head Teacher at Lancashire County Council from September 2002 to February 2023, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of the Personal Development strand of the Ofsted Framework. Laura's educational background includes a Life Coaching Diploma from The Coaching Academy, a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Edge Hill University, a Diploma in Careers Education from Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Leeds Beckett University.
