Tim is the Chief Claims Officer for the American Family Insurance Group. In his role, he provides strategic and executional leadership for American Family’s Claims function, serving all Brands. He is accountable for leading the group in customer operations, technology, claims product management, financials and delivering on the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
