Kyle Nicholas serves as a Scrum Master at the National Insurance Producer Registry since May 2023, previously holding the same position at Corcentric from March 2015 to May 2023. In both roles, Kyle coached cross-functional Scrum Teams, removed impediments, and facilitated workshops to enhance product development processes. Additionally, Kyle worked as a UI/UX Developer, implementing user feedback and agile methodologies to design and develop a CRM platform. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi, earned in 2015.
