Samantha Runyon

Samantha Runyon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in software quality engineering, information management, and leadership. Currently serving as a Software Quality Engineer at the National Insurance Producer Registry since March 2014, Samantha utilizes Agile methodology and ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information. Prior experience includes a decade as Help Desk Team Lead at NAIC, managing private data and serving as HEAT Administrator, and military service in the United States Air Force, focusing on command and control operations. Additionally, Samantha directed administrative and operational functions at La Petite Academy, overseeing staff and compliance with licensing regulations.
