Shannon Barsch

Shannon Barsch has extensive experience in billing and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Billing Representative at National Insurance Services since October 2021, previously holding the position of Billing Representative. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing group changes, reconciling, and processing monthly payments. Prior to this role, Shannon worked at Racine Unified School District as an Internal Service Representative and District Substitute, providing support as an educational assistant and in clerical roles. Additional experience includes operating as an Independent Business Owner at Just Add Kids, serving as an AR Analyst at Brookdale Senior Living, and roles at GMR Marketing, Copesan, FedEx, and National Insurance Services in various capacities related to billing and project coordination.
