Jonghyun Lee

Jonghyun LEE, Ph.D, currently serves as the International Cooperation Manager at the National IT Industry Promotion Agency, managing ASEAN Secretariat cooperation projects and collaborating with international organizations on digital ODA initiatives. Jonghyun has formulated and oversees programs like the Korea-ASEAN Digital Academy and has played a key role in supporting digital ODA strategies for various institutions. In addition to extensive project management experience across notable organizations including Dongbu CNI, Industrial Bank of Korea, and Samsung SDS, Jonghyun holds academic positions as a Visiting Professor at Kyung Hee University and a former Adjunct Professor at Pusan University of Foreign Studies. Jonghyun's educational credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master's degree from Kyung Hee University, alongside multiple Bachelor's degrees from Soongsil University and Tianjin Normal University.
