Colleen Dougherty is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, education, and sales management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at National Jets since October 2016, Colleen has also held positions at St. Ambrose Catholic School as a Substitute Teacher/Admin. and at Air Canada as a Customer Service Agent. Earlier roles include teaching and administrative support at St. Mark School and owning an independent business with Kindermusik. Colleen's sales expertise was demonstrated through positions at The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage, and Newark Airport Marriott, where responsibilities included sales management and executive meeting coordination. Colleen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University and has continued professional growth through extensive experience in various service-oriented roles.
