Rebecca Katona

Rebecca Katona is the Vice President of Talent & Culture, leading National Journal's human resources team. Since joining NJ in 2013 to run Membership Events, Rebecca has served in a half dozen people operations-focused roles, including as NJ's Chief of Staff, Atlantic Media's Director of Talent & Culture, and AtlanticLIVE's Executive Director. Previously, Rebecca led a nonprofit higher education forum for promising domestic and international undergraduates. A native of Columbus, OH, and proud graduate of The Ohio State University, Rebecca lives on Capitol Hill with her husband Joey and their three sons: Calvin, Winston, and Truman.
