Jaclynn C. has extensive work experience in the field of pharmacy and healthcare. Their most recent role was as the Head of Public Education at the National Kidney Foundation of Malaysia (NKF), starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Journal Article Research Reviewer for multiple peer-reviewed journals since April 2016.
From April 2016 to January 2021, Jaclynn served as the South Dakota State Delegate for ASHP. Jaclynn also worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they held various positions. From February 2016 to January 2021, they worked as the Pharmacy Clinical Services & Education Program Director. Before that, they were a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist from October 2008 to February 2016, and a Staff Pharmacist in August and October 2008. In these roles, Jaclynn managed patient-specific drug therapy, conducted drug reviews, and served as a preceptor to pharmacy residents and students.
Additionally, they worked at Walgreens as a part-time retail pharmacist from May 2014 to April 2015. Earlier in their career, from October 2008 to June 2010, they served as an Assistant Professor in the College of Pharmacy at South Dakota State University. Prior to that, they completed an Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at the University of Minnesota from July 2007 to July 2008.
Jaclynn C. obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Drake University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Following that, they pursued an Ambulatory Care Residency Program at the University of Minnesota from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they briefly attended INTI in 2002 for the American Degree Program.
