Kimberly Andrews

Kimberly Andrews currently serves as the Regional Director for the National Labor Relations Board, Region 4, a position held since January 2009, following her role as Assistant Regional Director. In this capacity, Kimberly oversees the management and direction of the region, focusing on investigatory work, policy recommendations, staff development, and compliance with agency standards. Kimberly has also worked as a Field Examiner, enforcing federal labor laws by investigating unfair labor practices. Prior to joining the National Labor Relations Board, Kimberly held the position of Field Manager at Working America, where responsibilities included organizing community engagement around legislative issues and mobilizing members for electoral campaigns. Kimberly earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, also magna cum laude, from Temple University.
